Join us for a Relax and Rejuvenate Day.
Come for yoga, stay for the vibes. Daily yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and reduce stress. Research shows two to three 45-60 minute sessions per week can support physical fitness, sleep quality, and stress reduction.
Vinyasa and Hatha styles offer dynamic flow and steady strength building for all levels, often ending with breathwork and meditation. The class will include a warm-up, standing poses, a little bit of core work, and a rest period.
From 3-5pm will be the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) testing appointments. Sign up for a 20 minute movement screen and discover how your mobility, stability, and movement patterns are impacting your game.
Using the proven TPI screening process, we'll evaluate how your body moves and identify physical limitations that may be affecting your swing, consistency, and power.
